Hi,
I'm in the market for a new A4 inkjet printer - specifically for
printing photo's as my trusty Canon i850 has bitten the dust -
literally, I dropped it down the stairs from my office!

I've used Canon for many years and I have read good things about the
PIXMA IP6700D - but I think this is no longer available.

My other option was the PIXMA IP4600 - but I heard that this was a
downgraded IP4500?

So now I'm not sure what to go for - is there a better Canon option
withhout going to the expense of the PRO range.

Or is there a EPSON/HP/ Or other make out there that tops the Canons.

Looking to spend £100 - £150 ish

But at the end of the day it's quality prints I'm looking for.

Thanks

Kev

Well, I got on well with an HP but don't remember the model. The problem
was, I wanted to be able to print on double-sided photo paper and it
wouldn't feed. So I swapped it for an Epson Stylus Photo R265. This is
excellent.

The thing about printers is the running costs. I believe Canon's are almost
as low as any although it's possible the new Kodak one will beat it. Which?
has done surveys on this aspect.
