[Actually it was 45 kg all together]

My newly harvested honey... a week ago.
15 kg in a bucket.

Has a strong scent of a lot of different mid summer flowers and a hint of
mint, which I'm told comes from the linden trees. You can taste the mint
too... It's so good to use in dressings and marinades...

It's dark brown now, but as times goes... about 2-3 weeks from now it will
change color to lighter beige. :o)
