The basic parts of the balustrade can be dld here:

The object contains the end-cube, 2 balusters (round and edgy) and the
rail and foot-part. You'll have to set one of the balusters invisible,
multi-replicate the other along the x-axis, and scale the rail likewise
in the x-axis.
